Key Responsibilities
- Develop patient care standards with the Patient Care Team
- Monitor operations, goals, and patient care outcomes
- Resolve identified patient care issues collaboratively




- Analyze management reports and investigate budget variances
- Keep staff informed about policies and procedures

Requirements:
- College of Nurses of Ontario registration currently required
- Bachelor’s Nursing degree required for this position
- Master’s Nursing degree preferred
- Five years of current relevant clinical experience minimum
- Administration experience preferred or relevant administration learning activity Use clinical leadership, operational oversight, and financial management skills to support Family Birthing Centre performance and patient care.
