As Director, Transitions & Operations, you will create structured learning paths for current partners and their teams. You will balance hands-on and self-directed training, measure adoption, and reinforce learning through integration. The role connects training, transition standards, and operational leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead transition training structure, learning paths, and sequencing
- Own scalable training delivery across Q Wealth systems
- Measure completion, adoption, feedback, and content gaps
- Track training records for partners and their teams




- Define business-as-usual criteria and oversee operational handoffs

Requirements:
- Experience designing or leading organizational training programs
- Ability to coordinate internal subject matter experts
- Strength in adoption measurement and continuous improvement
- Operational leadership across teams and business processes
- Ability to partner with Communications on training materials Bring training leadership, operational judgment, and partner onboarding expertise to strengthen Q Wealth’s transition experience.
