Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection as a Laboratory Assistant Float with Dynacare, working onsite across Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Oshawa, and Courtice.

This permanent full-time position supports patient testing and positive experiences across multiple locations.

You will obtain blood samples, enter patient and test information, and maintain specimen quality.

The role includes weekday and Saturday shifts, with MLPAO or CSMLS certification strongly recommended.

Key Responsibilities: Obtain blood samples and other patient specimens
Perform ECGs, Holter hookups, and specialized collections
Enter patient and test information accurately
Sort specimens and prepare documentation for transportation
Maintain confidentiality, quality metrics, and regulatory compliance
Requirements: Secondary School completion and laboratory assistant training
Specialized phlebotomy training or Medical Lab Assistance course
Customer-focused approach and genuine patient care
Detail orientation and deadline-focused self-management
English proficiency for explicit patient instructions
