Use critical care expertise to support patients in the five bed ICCU at Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital.

Work all hospital shifts as required.

Rural Roads Health Services is seeking a Registered Nurse for a temporary contract approximately until October 2027, or sooner as determined by RRHS.

The position serves patients requiring intensive care after major health crises, complicated surgery, or complex medical conditions.

Internal Medicine Physicians, Registered Nurses, and Respiratory Therapists form the ICCU team.

Key Responsibilities: Support intensive care for patients in the ICCU
Communicate with patients, families, and team members
Recognize emotions and experiences during communication
Manage emotions and their impact on team morale
Work days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
Requirements: Current College of Nurses of Ontario certificate of competence
At least one year recent Critical Care experience
Current B.L.S. and A.C.L.S. required
Ability to attend work regularly
Ability to maintain patient privacy and confidentiality
Apply critical care nursing, emotional awareness, and required certifications within Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital’s ICCU team.
