Lead IFRS reporting and internal controls at Clutch while building accurate financial statements and IPO-ready finance foundations. This is a full time leadership role. As Director, Financial Reporting, you will report to the Corporate Controller and lead the reporting cycle, technical accounting, and external audit readiness. The role covers monthly, quarterly, and annual close, financial systems evolution, and cost and inventory accounting. You will help establish NI52-109 readiness while supporting Clutch’s planned public-company preparation.

Key Responsibilities
- Run monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
- Deliver financial statements and supplementary financial information
- Design internal-control, risk-management, and policy frameworks




- Lead external audits and statutory reporting relationships
- Own cost and inventory accounting accuracy

Requirements:
- CPA with 8-10+ years’ progressive accounting leadership
- Required Big Four experience
- Command of IFRS and complex technical accounting
- Experience strengthening controls and implementing financial systems
- Deep manufacturing or complex supply-chain experience Bring IFRS, controls, audit, and technical accounting leadership to Clutch’s growing finance organization and public-company readiness.
