Lead business automation at Sun Life Global Investments using Python, SQL, Power Automate, Microsoft 365, and AWS in a hybrid setting. Manage intake, delivery, governance, and adoption across business functions. As Manager, Business Automation, you will lead the Strategic Analytics and Innovation team’s automation work. This working-level people leadership role translates business needs into build-ready requirements, guides an Automation Analyst, and ensures reliable, documented solutions. You will align delivery with data governance, OSFI B-13 considerations, and approved source systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Run automation intake, triage, prioritization, and backlog management
- Translate business problems into approved, build-ready requirements
- Set direction, assign work, review output, and coach analysts
- Support development, testing, deployment,



and solution sustainment
- Track adoption, time savings, expenses, reliability, and risk reduction

Requirements:
- Six to ten years in automation, workflow, analysis, or solutions delivery
- Proficiency with Python, SQL, Power Automate, Microsoft 365, and AWS
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, prioritization, and influence skills
- People leadership experience supporting accountability and development
- University degree or equivalent experience in a related field Bring automation delivery, technical leadership, and stakeholder management expertise to Sun Life Global Investments’ Strategic Analytics and Innovation team.
