Lead product operations for Manulife’s Member Experience and Digital Health ecosystem in Toronto, using platform optimization and root-cause analysis. As Senior Product Manager, you will strengthen backend systems, data flows, integrations, and operational processes. You will connect Product, Technology, DTS, Data, Architecture, Operations, and external partners to improve reliable digital experiences. The role centers on sustainable issue resolution and member outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Own platform operational health, stability, and optimization
- Lead issue triage, remediation, and accountability across stakeholders
- Conduct root-cause analysis and eliminate recurring problems
- Monitor performance metrics, KPIs, and service levels




- Prioritize the Product Operations backlog and roadmap

Requirements:
