You will manage the department and staff, review complex client accounts, and ensure outsourcing work remains profitable and timely. Reporting to the Accounting Partner, you will interact with CFO/MD level clients. You should be ACA/ACCA qualified, ideally degree-educated, with IFRS/IAS knowledge and solid staff management, recruitment and training
