Support Workday governance and control assessments in Toronto through hybrid collaboration on Mondays and the first Friday monthly. This six-month Consultant contract supports a large-scale Workday transition within financial services. You will contribute to governance, control assessments, process documentation, control testing, and ongoing HR operations activities. The work includes collaboration with HR and business stakeholders across a high-visibility transformation initiative.

Key Responsibilities
- Support governance activities during Workday transition and business-as-usual operations
- Conduct control assessments for Workday implementation activities
- Develop and maintain HR process documentation
- Perform control testing and document testing results




- Gather required artifacts from business stakeholders

Requirements:
- Five or more years in governance, risk, and controls
- Strong knowledge of operational and regulatory compliance controls
- Solid HR process documentation knowledge with two years’ experience
- Three or more years in banking or complex organizations
