Deliver quality eye care as an Associate Optometrist at LensCrafters, using clinical protocols, current technology, and patient-focused service. As an Associate Optometrist, you will support LensCrafters’ brand promise through collaboration, teamwork, and strong partnership with the MOD, SMM, and store team. You will provide accurate diagnoses, appropriate recommendations, and positive doctor-patient relationships while supporting performance growth. The work emphasizes current Optometric theory, technology, patient service, and KPI accountability.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform clinical protocols and services using accepted standards of care
- Address patients’ visual lifestyle needs and recommend appropriate eyewear




- Explain eye examinations, vision, eye health, and overall wellbeing
- Use technology, tools, and visual aids effectively
- Maintain office systems and safe working environments

Requirements:
- Doctor of Optometry degree
- Commitment to quality patient care
- Knowledge of current Optometric theory and technology
- Problem-solving ability
