Lead business continuity and incident response at Clio, using program leadership and resilience planning to strengthen organizational readiness. Collaborate across teams to support effective responses. As Manager, Continuity & Response, you oversee Clio’s Business Continuity program within Security and Compliance. You improve incident management and disaster recovery through tooling, plans, exercises, tests, metrics, and follow-through. The role partners with Production Engineering, Corporate Security, IT, Communications, and product teams. You own a roadmap, drive outcomes, represent resilience with senior partners, and clarify decisions during high-pressure situations. You also remain hands-on with tabletop scenarios, incident tooling, and incident data analysis.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee Clio’s Business Continuity program and readiness capabilities




- Improve incident management and disaster recovery programs end-to-end
- Own roadmaps for tooling, plans, exercises, tests, and metrics
- Design and run departmental, team-specific, and scenario-specific tabletop exercises
- Analyze incident data and turn lessons into durable improvements
