This Strategic Pursuit Manager role leads positioning and capture activities supporting high-value strategic growth. You will research markets, identify differentiators, and shape compelling win themes. Collaboration with business, market, regional, technical, and external partners is central to the work.

Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Communications, or related discipline
- 8+ years of strategic pursuit or capture management experience
- Solid procurement knowledge for Alternative Delivery Projects
- Experience with proposal systems and CRM platforms
- Ability to influence matrixed teams and manage deadlines Bring capture management, competitive intelligence, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills to WSP’s Western Canada pursuits.
