Lead enterprise analytics and health outcomes at GreenShield in a hybrid Vice President role focused on measurable impact and executive decision-making. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Product, Experience & Health Outcomes, you will connect data, insights, and enterprise priorities. You will guide measurement, storytelling, predictive modelling, and analytics practices across health care, perks, and insurance contexts. Your work will help leaders understand what is happening, why it matters, and where to act.

Requirements:
- 15+ years of progressive analytics experience
- Senior leadership accountability for analytics and business impact
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience building outcome frameworks, dashboards, or scorecards
