Shape airport modernization at Toronto Pearson through continuous improvement, capacity planning, and cross-functional leadership in a transforming global hub. Reporting to the Associate Director, Operations Modernization & Capacity Enablement, this Manager leads initiatives strengthening efficiency, planning, utilization, and cost effectiveness. You will translate operational data, forecasts, performance measures, and stakeholder input into practical recommendations. The role advances Toronto Pearson’s multi-year modernization roadmap.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage modernization initiatives from intake through implementation and close-out
- Sequence roadmap initiatives and coordinate governance
- Advance efficiency, planning, capacity, and cost improvements




- Lead integrated demand and capacity planning
- Develop scenario-based operating plans and mitigation strategies

Requirements:
- 8+ years in operations, planning, transformation, or strategy execution
- People, team, or matrix leadership experience
- Experience in aviation or complex high-volume operations
- Solid analytical, facilitation, and decision-support skills
- Ability to obtain and retain Transportation Security Clearance Lead airport modernization through operational planning, capacity enablement, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision making at Toronto Pearson.
