Lead insurance sales across Chubb’s Western Region by developing broker channels, managing renewals, and delivering Group Benefits solutions. Travel may reach 60% across Canada. This Business Development Manager role supports Group Life and Accident & Health portfolio management for the Western Region and additional territories. You will solicit new business, secure renewals, and strengthen consultant and broker relationships. The position also contributes to national sales strategy, reporting, and presentations.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve growth targets and assigned sales metrics
- Maintain excellent broker relations through meetings and presentations
- Quote and bind recent business sources
- Support client challenges with Group Benefit knowledge

Requirements:
- Minimum five years of proven sales results
- University degree or equivalent insurance experience
- Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills
- Excellent negotiation skills with diplomatic judgment
