What you’ll accomplish with us As a Solution Designer, you will be at the heart of our mission. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Design robust, high-performing, secure, and scalable application solutions that meet business needs.
- Translate functional requirements into technical solutions aligned with the organization’s architectural direction.
- Collaborate with architects, analysts, developers, and business partners to develop the best implementation strategies.
- Ensure design integrity throughout the delivery lifecycle and support teams in implementing solutions.
- Actively contribute to architectural decisions, design reviews, and technology choices.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and cross-system impacts associated with the initiatives under your responsibility.
- Support teams in resolving complex production incidents and contribute to continuously improving operational stability.
- Ensure compliance with development, security, architecture, and operational standards.
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date technical documentation.
- Act as a technical resource and promote knowledge sharing across teams.
- Make generative artificial intelligence,



including Copilot and Claude, a tangible driver of efficiency and quality in your day-to-day work.
- Demonstrate leadership in its adoption within the team by identifying and sharing best practices, encouraging experimentation, and supporting colleagues in developing their proficiency and autonomy in using AI.
- Measure and demonstrate the productivity, quality, and efficiency gains resulting from its use. What could accelerate your success in this role We’re looking for someone who:
- Is recognized for strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as a holistic understanding of application ecosystems;
- Stands out for the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders;
- Demonstrates strong, engaging leadership and the ability to influence without formal authority;
- Is recognized for expertise in solution design, distributed architectures, APIs, and integration, as well as knowledge of Microsoft technologies, particularly .
NET and SQL Server;
- Has a minimum of 10 years of experience in information technology, including at least 5 years in solution design or application architecture, ideally in complex environments involving multiple integrated systems;
- Has an advanced level of proficiency in both French and English, as the incumbent will collaborate daily with unilingual English-speaking partners, teams, and stakeholders across Canada.
