As a Senior Product Designer, you will guide complex financial-services products from discovery through implementation support. You will design member journeys, collaborate with product managers and developers, and balance business objectives with technical constraints. Your work may support credit unions and financial institutions across Canada.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery, interaction design, prototyping, and implementation support
- Design onboarding, payments, transfers, and account management journeys
- Conduct interviews, usability testing, and relevant user research




- Develop interactive Figma prototypes and transparent design specifications
- Facilitate workshops and align stakeholders on design directions

Requirements:
- At least five years of UX or product design experience
- Significant financial-services or digital banking design experience
- Portfolio showing individual end-to-end product design ownership
- Strong Figma, interaction design, and responsive design skills
- Understanding of accessibility principles and WCAG guidelines Bring financial-services knowledge, Figma expertise, and end-to-end product design leadership to Canadian digital banking engagements.
