Coordinate Apex Legends cosmetics production with Respawn Entertainment in Madison, Wisconsin, using planning and cross-functional communication skills in a hybrid work model. As an Associate Producer on the Cosmetics team, you will manage one or more content workstreams. You will coordinate artists, discipline leads, designers, and external development partners. Key Responsibilities
- Own daily production for assigned cosmetic content workstreams
- Maintain schedules, milestones, sprint plans, and production tracking
- Monitor risks, dependencies, and blockers, escalating issues when needed
- Coordinate communication across multidisciplinary development teams




- Support content reviews, testing, and release readiness

Requirements:
- Two or more years in game production or project management
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams through development stages
- Solid planning, organization, and prioritization skills
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
