Lead autonomous AI systems remotely from Canada using Python, multi-agent architectures, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation for practical business applications. As a Senior Agentic AI Engineer, you will design production-ready agents, intelligent automation platforms, and scalable RAG pipelines. You will shape systems that reason, plan, execute tasks, and collaborate across complex workflows. The work combines AI research with production engineering.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and deploy autonomous AI agents for business applications
- Architect workflows with planning, reasoning, memory, and tool usage
- Build RAG systems, embeddings, and vector database integrations
- Develop orchestration frameworks using LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen




- Implement evaluation, monitoring, observability, and guardrails

Requirements:
- At least seven years of software engineering experience
- At least three years building production AI/ML solutions
- Strong Python and contemporary AI framework proficiency
- Experience developing agents and autonomous workflows
- Knowledge of APIs, microservices, Docker, CI/CD, and MLOps Apply senior engineering judgment across Python, agent orchestration, RAG, and reliable autonomous AI systems from Canada.
