Key Responsibilities

- Launch and personally run recent advice service iterations
- Translate advisor insights into digital advice product requirements

- Measure experiments through conversion, client satisfaction, and assets under administration

Requirements:
- Five to seven or more years in service design or innovation
- Proven experience taking service concepts through live pilots
- Experience with artificial intelligence, low-code, or lightweight scripting
- Knowledge of wealth management, advice models, and high-net-worth clients
