You will guide manufactured products from concept through launch while addressing durability, hygiene, water safety, accessibility, and security requirements. Key Responsibilities
- Own the commercial product roadmap and development process
- Convert concepts into designs, prototypes, and certified products
- Consider institutional stakeholders during specification and approval
- Optimize materials, production processes, quality,
and cost drivers
- Prepare technical reports, specifications, procedures, and presentations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Five years of manufactured product development or engineering experience
- Two years leading people or cross-functional teams
- Experience with SolidWorks, Creo, or comparable 3D CAD
