Shape Indigenous relations across major Ontario transportation projects, applying facilitation and consultation expertise within AtkinsRéalis multidisciplinary teams. Hybrid working culture is available. This senior specialist leads relationship management for Ministry of Transportation Ontario and Hydro One programs. You will support project planning, environmental assessment, design, and construction while advising clients and teams. Success requires strategic guidance, strong communication, and knowledge of Indigenous rights, treaties, UNDRIP, and reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic advice on consultation requirements and policies
- Integrate Indigenous perspectives into project decisions
- Facilitate meetings with Nations and organizations




- Identify and manage engagement risks and opportunities
- Support proposals, client relationships, and business growth

Requirements:
- 10+ years in Indigenous engagement, relations, EA, or related fields
- Ontario transportation project and EA process experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent relationship-building and facilitation skills
- Robust project management and client advisory capabilities Use consultation leadership, relationship management, and Indigenous perspectives to support AtkinsRéalis infrastructure delivery throughout Ontario.
