Build AI agents with Python and React at Blanc Labs in downtown Toronto, working hybrid two to three office days weekly. Ship features across backend services, web interfaces, and conversational systems used by enterprise clients. As a Software Engineer, you will develop Blanc Labs’ production AI agent platform for voice, SMS, and chat. You will work across Python, asynchronous programming, React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, SQL, and migrations. The team builds features from idea through production, addressing real-world conversation reliability and customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities
- Build backend services, APIs, and Next.js platform interfaces
- Develop prompts, tool calls, streaming, and conversation state
- Integrate telephony, SMS,



and web messaging channels
- Design consistent data models and safe migrations
- Instrument services and debug issues end to end

Requirements:
- Bring two to five years of professional software experience
- Use solid Python and asynchronous programming skills
- Work confidently with React and TypeScript
