As a Senior Appraisal Advisor, you will conduct market value appraisals and provide valuation advice for federal real property. Your work may support Appraisal and Valuation Services or the Payments in Lieu of Taxes sector. You will review reports, analyze markets, validate assessments, and advise client departments.
