As Team Lead, Land Development, you will guide the subdivisions practice within Egis Canada. The work spans feasibility, conceptual planning, detailed engineering, construction administration, and final acceptance. You will support developers, municipalities, and regulatory agencies while advancing technical and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and develop engineering, planning, design, and project management professionals
- Oversee subdivision projects through the full development lifecycle
- Serve as primary contact for clients and regulatory agencies
- Drive business development and subdivisions practice growth




- Manage revenue, profitability, utilization, and project financial health

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, planning, or related discipline
- Qualified Ontario registration as P.Eng., R.P.P., or C.E.T.
- Fifteen years of progressive land development and subdivision experience
- Knowledge of approvals, municipal standards, and development agreements
- Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle access
