As Director, Deposit Solutions, you will develop tailored offerings supporting clients’ liquidity needs and the Bank’s funding priorities. You will work with business leaders, relationship teams, specialists, and clients. The mandate combines business development, complex transactions, client negotiations, and multidisciplinary execution across Global Funding & Treasury.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define deposit business-development priorities and measurable commercial outcomes
- Advise business lines on opportunities, relationships, and client negotiations
- Design structures balancing pricing, funding value, stability, and risk
- Present market assessments and recommendations to senior stakeholders




- Track implementation, performance, and post-launch results

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; advanced credentials are assets
- Ten or more years’ relevant financial-services experience
- Success originating opportunities and leading cross-functional initiatives
- Solid banking, liquidity, balance-sheet, pricing, and profitability knowledge
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
