Scott's Quality Lawn Care is looking for an exceptional individual to fill the very important position of a residential snow removal labourer. You and your crew leader will be responsible for approximately 35-40 residential customers. You must be available everyday if it happens to snow. The only exception to this is Christmas Day which is the only day we do not guarantee our service. If it snows on this day, we will go out the following day.

Although the job says full time, hours will be solely based on snowfall. You will work when it snows. With that said, it is not unusual to not work at all in a week and then work a full 40 hours the next week. 20 hours per week tends to be a good average for this position. You will need to keep your phone on you at all times if we hire you for this position so you are able to make it into work at a moment's notice.
