Overview

Responsibilities

- Assist in the construction and assembly of structures according to blueprints and specifications.
- Perform heavy lifting and manual labor tasks as required on job sites.
- Utilize hand tools effectively for various tasks including carpentry and caulking.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Collaborate with skilled tradespeople such as carpenters and handymen to complete projects.
- Help in the preparation of materials and equipment for construction activities.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to team efforts on-site.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and performing basic carpentry tasks.




- Ability to read blueprints and understand project specifications is a plus.
- Solid physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 pounds).
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on various responsibilities as needed.
- Must adhere to safety guidelines and practices at all times.
