Location : Nanaimo, BC (in-factory and/or on-site at remote locations)

Compensation : From $20.00/hour + overtime + travel compensation where applicable

Schedule :Factory: Monday to Friday, day shifts (travel required only for on-site roles) On-Site: Up to 7 days per week (as needed).

CIP Modular is hiring full time Construction Labourers to support our modular construction projects. Positions are available in two work environments:

- In-Facility: Based out of our Nanaimo manufacturing facility.
- On-Site: Working at modular installation sites across BC (with paid travel and accommodations)

Whether you prefer to work locally in a structured environment or enjoy travelling and dynamic job sites, we have a role suited to your interests.

Key Responsibilities

Duties may vary by assignment and include:

- As a Construction Labourer, you’ll support various tasks related to the construction, assembly, and installation of modular buildings. Depending on your assigned environment (factory or site), duties may include:

- Assisting with building and assembling modular structures

- Transporting and organizing construction materials

- Operating tools such as saws, nail guns, and drills

- Performing general labour, site cleaning, and task support

- Driving company vehicles to pick up materials (as needed)

Qualifications

- Physically capable of performing manual labour and lifting heavy materials
- Strong work ethic, safety-focused, and dependable
- Reliable transportation
- CSA-approved steel-toe boots




- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Experience using power tools is an asset, but not required - we provide training
- Class 5 and clean drivers abstract required for on site position .

Compensation & Benefits
