As General Manager, you will run a busy family entertainment centre combining bowling, dining, arcades, and laser tag. You will guide operations across four revenue streams while creating a safe, fun workplace. The role requires hands-on leadership, budget ownership, and performance focus.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the launch of a brand-new entertainment centre
- Run operations across bar, diner, amusements, and bowling
- Deliver budget and key performance indicators
- Drive centre profit and commercial performance
- Coach teams to deliver outstanding guest service

Requirements:

- Hands-on General Manager experience in leisure, hospitality, or retail
- Experience managing budgets of at least $1.5m
- Evidence of optimising business unit sales and performance
- Passion for coaching, developing, and progressing teams
- Availability for nights and weekends
