We are hiring an ERP leader for a well established retail company in Vancouver.

The company is going through a digital transformation and moving to a Microsoft stack at the same time. They are looking for someone experienced to head up IT through the whole transformation, a leader who can help roadmap their IT and own the change end to end.

What you will be doing

- Lead the ERP migration from the current system to the Microsoft stack, covering planning, requirements, configuration, data migration, testing, go live, and support after launch
- Lead the CRM implementation alongside it, including how it connects with the ERP and the rest of the business
- Head up the IT function day to day while the transformation is underway
- Work directly with ownership and with the sales, operations, finance, warehouse, and service teams to map how things work today and how they should work in the current system
- Manage the vendors and implementation partners, the project plan, the timeline, and the budget
- Look after data quality, reporting, user training, and adoption across locations

Requirements

- Must have over five years of experience with ERP implementations, with at least one implementation or migration led from start to finish
- Experience implementing a CRM, ideally on the Microsoft stack (Dynamics 365)
- Strong Microsoft technology background, with Dynamics 365 ERP and CRM experience a real asset
- Experience with data migration, system integrations, and reporting
- Experience managing vendors and implementation partners, and working with both technical and non technical staff
- Experience in retail, distribution, or a business with more than one location is an asset
- A degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- A project management certification such as PMP is an asset
- Based in the Vancouver area and able to work hybrid

If you have led an ERP move before and want to own one from start to finish, we would like to hear from you.
