Responsibilities

- Assist with construction, repair, and maintenance projects by performing tasks such as digging, lifting, and material handling
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Prepare work sites by cleaning, clearing debris, and setting up necessary equipment
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work setting at all times
- Support skilled tradespeople by providing assistance as needed during various phases of projects
- Load and unload materials, equipment, and supplies required for different tasks
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote efficiency and safety

Skills

- Proven ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail and safety standards
- Ability to operate basic tools and equipment safely




- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team
- Prior experience in construction or maintenance is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
- Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations is a plus

Pay: $17.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
