As a Sales and Operations Management Trainee, you will develop a foundation across sales, operations, finance, customer service, and technology. Ongoing training and mentoring introduce Penske processes and technology. You will support local, national, and Fortune 500 accounts while developing management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop consumer and commercial customer solutions
- Manage vehicle inventory and balance fleet productivity
- Generate recent business leads and foster customer relationships

Requirements:
