Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic baristas to join our Crème team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support in a fast paced environment. You will also assist with cocktail orders, process orders, and ensure a positive experience for our guests. Duties

- Greet guests at the door warmly and provide an elevated guest experience.
- Process customer orders efficiently and accurately.
- Handle cash transactions and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the service area, adhering to food safety standards.
- Assist in food preparation and service as needed, ensuring high-quality presentation.
- Manage time effectively to meet customer demands during peak hours.
- Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in customer service is preferred




- Previous experience in Barista training and everything coffee
- Knowledge of food preparation, food service, and food handling practices is a plus.
- Solid math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
- Ability to multitask*
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- A commitment to maintaining food safety standards and providing excellent customer service.
