Are you passionate about fitness and a "gear nerd" and have extensive knowledge of fitness equipment?

We're a rapidly growing e-commerce company selling fitness equipment across Canada and the USA and we are in need of a knowledgeable customer service maestro, who is either familiar with Bells of Steel products, or has a very good understanding of the types of equipment we sell.

This is a highly independent role, with little to no supervision, problem solving and self-starting are a must.

What you will be doing:

- Answering phone calls from customers and resolving their issues
- Dealing with customer service tickets
- Troubleshooting logistics problems
- Creating sales quotes
- Handling order returns in our warehouse





The schedule for this position is Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm MST.
