Job Summary : The Teller / Customer Service Representative is responsible for assisting customers with currency exchange and remittance transactions while delivering accurate, efficient, and qualified customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

- Buy and sell foreign currencies according to approved exchange rates
- Process local and international remittance transactions accurately
- Handle cash responsibly and balance the cash drawer daily
- Verify customer identification and comply with AML/KYC regulations
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding rates, fees, and services
- Maintain proper transaction records and documentation
- Support branch operations as required, including occasional errands or deliveries
- Promote company products and services when appropriate
- Follow company policies and regulatory requirements at all times





Qualifications :

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driving license (required)
- Basic math and cash-handling skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Previous experience in money exchange, banking, or remittance is an advantage

- Accurate cash handling and attention to detail

- Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Work Location: In person

Pay: $17.85-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50 per week
