Customer Service & Order Specialist (Sales & Route Support)

Part-Time | Edmonton Area leading to full time

K.I.S.S. Fine Foods is a growing food distributor looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Customer Service & Order Specialist to support and grow our Edmonton-area accounts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys face-to-face sales , autonomy, and being rewarded for bringing in and growing customers.

What You’ll Do

Sales & Relationship Building

- Visit retail customers along assigned Edmonton-area routes
- Build strong relationships with store owners and managers
- Take product orders and identify upselling opportunities
- Actively introduce K.I.S.S. Fine Foods products to new accounts

In-Store Support

- Ensure proper product placement and brand standards
- Recommend merchandising improvements to drive sales
- Rotate stock (FIFO) and identify expired or damaged items
- Assist with returns in accordance with company policies

Reporting & Organization

- Accurately document visits, orders, and sales activity
- Submit weekly timesheets, mileage, and reports

What We’re Looking For

- A confident, self-motivated individual with a sales mindset
- Comfortable working independently and managing a route
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Previous sales, route, food service, or CPG experience is an asset

Compensation & Growth

Schedule

- Part-time role leading to full time - the only day we are not able to be flexible on is Monday. All applicants must be available Mondays.
- Route-based schedule within the Edmonton area
