12-month part-time contract Senior Project Manager role leading the rollout of a recent partner API integration for a large public-sector organizations fare payment systems.

- Senior PM role spanning partner engagement, technical integration, legal agreements, financial reporting and pilot coordination.
- 12-month contract to start
- Ontario-based, with a mix of on-site and remote work.

What & Why:

Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the integration of a new API that lets partner organizations issue digital fare media to their customers. You'll bring partners on board, guide them through the technical requirements and keep the project on track with clear plans and regular reporting. You'll also work with legal teams to build a standard partner agreement, set up billing and financial reporting, and coordinate field trials. As the program grows, you'll help bring new partners on board. This is a chance to launch a brand-new capability with a visible public impact.

Who:

Our client is a large public-sector organization that delivers essential services to a major Canadian city. Their technology team oversees the systems,



software and processes behind fare payment, and they are expanding how customers can access services through partnerships with outside organizations.

You:

You'll bring the following experience and capabilities:

- At least 10 years of experience implementing complex technology infrastructure.
- At least 2 years managing the implementation of a new technology solution from start to finish.
- Hands-on experience with payment or ticketing systems.
- Experience developing applications that integrate through APIs, and the ability to walk external partners through technical requirements.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience coordinating vendors, partners, legal teams and internal sponsors.

Compensation:

This role pays between $100 and $115 per hour.
