Duration: 1 Year assignment (contract)

About the Engagement

Akkodis is seeking an experienced Senior Data Architect / Modeller to support enterprise-wide data architecture, interoperability, information exchange, and data modernization initiatives.

The successful consultant will provide leadership in the development of enterprise, canonical, common, and domain data models while ensuring alignment with business architecture, information public sector, interoperability objectives, and enterprise data management standards. This role is ideal for a seasoned data architecture professional with expertise in conceptual, logical, physical, and semantic data modeling across complex business environments.

The consultant will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to establish common business definitions, controlled vocabularies, semantic models, business glossaries, and enterprise data standards that support information sharing and public sector across multiple domains.

Scope

Design conceptual, logical, physical, semantic, canonical, and common data models.

Establish enterprise data modeling standards, naming conventions, and metadata requirements.

Facilitate stakeholder workshops to define and align business terminology, business entities, and canonical definitions.

Support interoperability, information exchange, and data-sharing initiatives.

Expertise Required

Must Have:

Extensive experience developing enterprise, common, canonical and domain data models that support interoperability, information exchange and data sharing across multiple business domains.

Deep knowledge of data architecture principles, methodologies, standards and best practices.

Demonstrated experience establishing common business definitions, controlled vocabularies, semantic models and common data models to support interoperability, information sharing and enterprise data public sector across multiple business domains.

Experience facilitating business and technical workshops to define and reconcile business terminology, business entities, relationships and canonical definitions.

Experience developing business glossaries, reference data models and semantic relationship models.

HM is looking for someone who has hands-on data modeling experience - conceptual, semantic, logical and physical.

Nice to Have:

Knowledge of object-oriented analysis and design techniques.

Experience designing automated data distribution mechanisms.

Knowledge of Information Management principles, concepts, policies, and best practices.
