Position: Senior Systems Analyst

Duration: 1 Year assignment (contract)
Client Location: Canada (Remote: 7.25 hours/day between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday)

About the Engagement

Akkodis is seeking an experienced Senior Systems Analyst with specialized expertise in Oracle Cerner Millennium Clinical Trials solutions to support the design, build, testing, and implementation of Clinical Trials PowerPlans.

The successful consultant will play a key role in supporting regional digital healthcare initiatives by delivering high-quality Clinical Trials configurations and providing ongoing sustainment support within the Cerner Millennium environment. This position requires strong experience with Clinical Trials workflows, PowerPlans development, solution testing, implementation support, and stakeholder collaboration.

The consultant will work closely with clinical, operational, and technical teams to ensure solutions meet research, regulatory, and patient-care requirements.

Scope

Design, configure, and support Clinical Trials PowerPlans within the Cerner Millennium environment.

Analyze business, clinical, and research requirements to develop effective system solutions.

Participate in system build, configuration, testing, and implementation activities.

Support project delivery initiatives and ongoing sustainment requirements.

Collaborate with clinical and operational stakeholders to ensure system functionality aligns with organizational objectives.

Assignment Deliverables





Design and develop Clinical Trials PowerPlans based on approved requirements.

Configure and maintain Clinical Trials workflows and supporting application components.

Perform unit, integration, and user acceptance testing support.

Assist with implementation planning, deployment activities, and production readiness.

Support issue resolution during testing, implementation, and stabilization phases.

Expertise Required

Must Have:

Strong experience working within Oracle Cerner Millennium environments.

Hands-on experience designing and building Clinical Trials PowerPlans.

Experience supporting system testing, validation, and implementation activities.

Experience supporting healthcare application delivery and sustainment initiatives.

Strong understanding of clinical workflow analysis and solution design.

Experience working with multidisciplinary healthcare and project teams.

Nice to Have:

Experience supporting large-scale clinical information system implementations.

Knowledge of change management and user adoption practices.
