Deliver worldwide travel services through customer service and sales at CAA Travel, supporting Members and non-Members with travel planning. Training is provided.

As a Travel Consultant, you will maintain client records, update files, and provide regular follow-up. The opportunity suits experienced Travel Agents, current graduates, or candidates beginning travel careers. Prior experience is not required, provided you bring passion for travel, customer service, and sales. Hiring is planned for February 2027.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional worldwide travel services to Members
- Support non-Members with travel service needs
- Keep client records and files consistently updated
- Maintain organized client documentation
- Provide regular follow-up with clients

Requirements:
- Two to three years customer service and sales experience
- Prior Travel Agency experience considered an asset
- Complete or pursue TICO certification
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Availability Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
