Serve members and guests at Banff Centre’s Sally Borden Fitness and Recreation Centre using customer service and facility operations skills. This position begins in January 2027.

Banff Centre for Arts and Creativity seeks experienced Recreation Facility Staff for reception and facility support. The work includes membership records, merchandise sales, bookings, pool operations, and emergency first aid. You will support artists, faculty, staff, and other facility users.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers with a high level of service
- Maintain membership records, merchandise sales, and cash outs
- Coordinate bookings and maintain data entry records
- Produce photo identification cards for facility users
- Perform pool operations and respond to contamination issues

Requirements:
- Certified Pool Operator Certificate or willingness to complete the course
- Current Standard First Aid, Level C CPR, AED, and Oxygen Administration
- Post-secondary diploma
- One to three years of similar experience
- Basic computer skills and adaptable weekend availability

Support Sally Borden operations through customer service, accurate records, pool tasks, and emergency first aid when required.
