Vickar Ford is looking to fill the position of a Service Advisor , who, under the direction of the Service Manager, will primarily be responsible to always maintain professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity to portray the company in a positive manner.

We are known as the Auto Group where “Customers send their friends”.

Responsibilities :

- Greet customers promptly
- Obtain customer and vehicle information
- Review vehicle history and determine needed maintenance
- Verify if there are any open for recalls
- Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer, using specific descriptions
- Promote the sales of labour, parts and accessories
- Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labour and parts
- Assure that special orders parts are correct for repairs to vehicle
- Handle customer inquiries
- Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the R.O




- Explain all completed work and charges to customers when they arrive and attempt to make the next maintenance appointment
- Oversee delivery of vehicles to the customer after their visit from the cashier
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Service Manager
- Update the dealer profile. Perform general customer file maintenance, i.e., address changes, updating personal information
- Update vehicle maintenance records

Requirements :

- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Technically familiar with automobiles
- Customer service skill
- Automotive experience required
- Customer Service experience an asset
- Excellent organizational, multi-tasking and time management expertise
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer oriented, polite, courteous
- Computer Literate
