Job Overview We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join Kung Food Express, we are a Chinese restaurant. Be capable of providing excellent customer service, preparing food, coordinating kitchen work, and ensuring high-quality meal delivery.

Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist with their ordering.
- Operate POS systems accurately for cash handling, credit card processing, and returns
- Manage cashier responsibilities including processing payments, and issuing receipts
- Help kitchen to prepare the customer orders

Requirements :

- Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math skills
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as needed

Job Types : Full-time, Part time

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 16 per week
