As a Customer Experience Associate, you will greet Kith customers, assist Client Advisors, and provide accurate register service. You will support operations, visuals, replenishment, inventory tasks, and store upkeep while adapting to changing business needs. Effective communication and product knowledge help maintain the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide best-in-class service
- Process cash handling, returns, and Mobile POS transactions
- Support Client Advisors during and after store experiences
- Maintain replenishment, stockroom organization,
and visual standards
- Complete operational tasks, inventories, and cycle counts
Requirements:
- One or more years of retail sales experience
- Open availability for evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication, adaptability, and resourcefulness
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects
- Ability to lift and move 11.34 kilos
