Overview: We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate / Cashier. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, handling transactions, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities :

- Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Assist customers with their purchases and provide product information
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
- Process returns and exchanges following company policies
- Promote store loyalty programs and encourage customers to sign up
- Perform basic math calculations to ensure accurate pricing and change
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Assist with inventory management by restocking shelves as needed

Skills :

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively
- Proficient in cashiering procedures,



including handling cash, credit cards, and electronic payments
- Knowledge of phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries or taking orders over the phone
- Basic math skills for calculating prices, discounts, and change accurately
- Familiarity with technical sales to provide product recommendations based on customer needs
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks in a quick-paced environment
- Ability to conduct product demonstrations confidently and effectively
- Strong organizational skills to maintain a clean and orderly checkout area

Note: All positions at our company are paid positions; we do not offer unpaid internships.

Job Types : Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.40-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 32 per week

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
