Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Cashier and Customer Service Associate to join our retail team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent service while efficiently handling transactions. Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist with their shopping experience
- Operate POS systems accurately for cash, credit, and digital payments
- Handle cash handling procedures with precision and integrity
- Conduct product demos and upsell items to meet customer needs
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure product availability
- Provide information about products, promotions, and store policies
- Manage customer inquiries via phone or in person with professional communication skills
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized checkout area and store environment
- Support sales goals through effective communication and upselling techniques




- Process returns, exchanges, and handle customer complaints professionally

Requirements :

- Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities (e.g., Spanish) are a plus
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic math skills for transactions
- Excellent organizational skills and time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to perform product demos and explain features clearly to customers
- Demonstrated ability to upsell products while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Knowledge of merchandising principles and retail operations is advantageous
- Professional phone etiquette and solid interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work during store hours, including weekends if necessary
