Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and friendly Cashier/Sales professional to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, responsible for providing exceptional service while efficiently handling transactions. Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries or purchases.
- Process transactions accurately using the cash register and handle cash with care.
- Maintain an organized and clean checkout area to ensure a pleasant shopping environment.
- Provide product information and support to customers, enhancing their shopping experience.
- Handle returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards.
- Utilize phone etiquette when addressing customer inquiries or concerns over the phone.
- Stay informed about promotions, sales,



and new products to effectively communicate with customers.

Experience

- Previous experience in cashiering or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Solid organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in English is required; multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and technical sales is beneficial.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
