Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Cashier/Barista, where you will be the friendly face and efficient operator behind our café counter. Duties

- Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems.
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and light food items with precision and care.
- Handle cash register operations, including cash handling, credit card processing, and balancing cash drawers at shift end.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food preparation stations and seating areas.
- Follow food safety protocols during food handling, preparation, and serving to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions,



resolving issues promptly, and creating a positive experience for all guests.

Skills

- Proven experience as a barista or in food service environments with coffee experience preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems for effective transactions.
- Strong time management skills to handle busy periods smoothly while maintaining quality standards.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced café setting while maintaining attention to detail.
