Job Summary

Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist with their inquiries both in person and over the phone
- Operate POS systems efficiently for cash handling, credit card processing, and returns
- Manage merchandising displays to ensure attractive product presentation
- Provide knowledgeable assistance on product features, especially in technology or electronics departments
- Maintain accurate cash register operations, including balancing drawers at shift end
- Support inventory management through stock replenishment and organization
- Uphold excellent phone etiquette and communication skills when interacting with customers and team members
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming store setting
- Engage in ongoing product knowledge training to stay current on new offerings

Experience





- Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service is preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math skills are advantageous
- Strong organizational skills, time management abilities, and excellent communication skills are essential for success
- Prior experience demonstrating professionalism with phone etiquette and upselling techniques will be beneficial

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
